Preise und Stipendien

Two postdoctoral research grants financed by the Gondra Barandiarán Foundation are hereby announced to facilitate two three-month research stays for PhD researchers at the Centro de Estudios del Museo del Prado (Prado Museum Study Center). The aim is for their study to contribute to the enrichment of knowledge about the collections and/or the history of the Prado Museum. The Study Center offers researchers access to the collections and contact with the Prado Museum's academic community, access to the resources of the Library, Documentation, and Archive, as well as a workspace and means for research.

Grant Categories:
- Senior Category, PhD researchers aged 40 and over
€4,000 per month / total amount: €12,000 for the total duration
- Junior Category, PhD researchers under 40
€3,000 per month / total amount: €9,000 for the total duration
